I had never heard this but bought a songwriter's DVD and he mentioned that he had written this song. George Strait cut it, then Barbara Streisand heard Strait's version and liked it so much, flew several of the same musicians to her studio, also the producer, and requested the same arrangement! If a songwriter in Nashville writes one song like that, he's made a mark. And George Strait cutting it... that's awesome. He (and producer Tony Brown) did a great job on that.
